Refunds and Returns
If you have a problem with your order, opening / viewing your digital download file, or do not receive it, please contact Happiness Is HeartMade and we will ensure you receive the products that you purchased (we can do an
” exchange ” of the same pattern file, if there is an issue with your downloaded file).
All sales are final.
Since the products on this website are provided as digital downloads, which are non-tangible and are non-returnable, no refunds are granted due to the non-returnable nature of digital products once they’re downloaded. We will work with you to ensure you receive the patterns you ordered, and are able to open the file and view it.
