The Dogwood and Hearts Cross counted cross stitch pattern is done mostly with backstitching, and includes some whole cross stitches.
Stitch this pattern in the original pinks and greens, or with any thread color of your choice. This design also looks great stitched in monochrome.
Note: The thread colors recommended on this chart are NOT the same colors used on the April Hearts Square with Dogwood and Tulips, but if you are stitching both, you can choose to use the same colors for both.
